Approaches for enhancing NK cell virus

Mediated transduction Lentiviruses and retroviruses are the most commonly used systems to induce stable expression of chimeric antigen receptors in NK cells. Encouraging results have been shown for the transduction of NK cell lines and

primary NK cells, including their use in clinical trials. However, attaining high viral transduction efficiency while maintaining good cell viability remains a challenge, especially for primary NK cells. Various strategies have been developed to enhance viral transduction of NK cells.
